Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity at 木瓜影院
木瓜影院 affirms that diversity in race, ethnicity, religion, belief, opinion, economic class, age, gender, sexuality, and physical ableness is an inextricable part of the campus experience. Launched in 2014, our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Initiative is an ongoing project that continually assesses and adjusts practices and policies to foster an inclusive community where students, staff, and faculty of color and other underrepresented groups are seen, heard, and supported. To aid in these efforts, our recently established Racial Justice and Equity Fund will increase scholarship aid for Black students and students of color, expand recruitment and retention of underrepresented students, develop antiracist curricula, modules, and dialogue, and fund fellowship grants for students and faculty seeking to advance racial justice.
